Change of exam venue without permission

Upon receiving my final exam schedule I saw that my exam center has been changed from Citrusdal to Paarl. I have sent numerous e-mails and made numerous calls to Unisa and have not received any replies on my e-mails and also no answer on my telephone calls. The math is quite simple:<br> 150km from Citrusdal to Paarl and 150km back = 300km's per subject (I'm writing 4 subjects)<br> Total km's to travel = 1200km.<br> Is this really fair in the light of the fact that Citrusdal has an exam centre (which I was registered for and have the paperwork to prove this point). How can Unisa expect me to pay their study fees and pay fuel to travel to Paarl if there is an exam centre right here in Citrusdal???<br> I can't pay for the incompetence of a staff member of the university that pressed the incorrect keys and did not rectify his/her mistake!!!
