CERTIFICATE DELAY

i A.W Boya (studend number: ***0), have finished my ABET course with unisa and till today i have nott received certificate. i have been dealing with the lady by the name of Sarona Makwana and she has not being heklpful till so far and my life is on halt as i cannot apply. i was told that my year mark was not showing when writing final exam of which they have a proof of all my assignments and year mark but was told this matter will be fixed but no one is taking my matter serous . i just want the completion certificates so my life can move on and further my studies.
