Can't request academic record

I'm trying to get an official copy of my academic record so that I can apply to UCT later this year, but the email address that's on the form I had to fill out isn't working - I get the response "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly." Call center isn't much help either.
