Cannot register and no- one responds

My son has been trying to register for honors as he has completed his BComm Accounting and now needs to do honors. He app**** last year and has still not had any response to his application. He has made calls, sent emails and seen someone at Unisa in Durban and no-one will help him. My husband has emailed Unisa and again, he has had no response. This institution is messing with my son's career and life and no-one cares. Now we see registrations for honors is closed. How can this be when he is not registered? How many other students are being treated in this appaling way? It is absolutely disgusting that a young man who has worked hard to pass every module while working full time is unable to continue because of the unprofessional staff at Unisa. At least they could reply to him and tell him why he cannot register. No wonder students riot. I never agreed with those tactics but now I sympathies with them if this is the way they are treated. Disgusting!!!
