Cannot purchase exam script

<p>The previous semester I failed 2 exams and had them remarked since i could not believe i failed them. After the remark nothing changed and I sent an email 30 August with the purchase script signed document. Ever since I have not received any feedback regarding this, i have sent countless emails and all I get is a automated response saying "Your enquiry will be attended to as soon as possible." So it seems that in South Africa you cannot even study through UNISA anymore. Way to go Unisa. </p>
