Cannot get hold of anybody that can assist us!

My daughter has battled since of August to apply for admission online. Initially the system kept on giving problems. Finally managed to get the online application completed up to the point where she needed to receive an application or student number to do payment in order to finalize the application. NO application or student number received. I have been given 15 numbers to contact in order to obtain said number. Nothing! Phones are not being answered and if they are, you get referred to someone else who cannot assist you either! Desperate for assistance!<br>
