Cannot get help or a hold of anyone to assist me at Unisa with an application

I am trying to apply for a bachelor or education, you cant get a hold of them by any means of communication, there is no assistance online, waited over an hour for someone to assist on the chat line, the email adress is wrong, there is no phone number, this is rather pathetic
