Cannot apply NDP, no help from staff, no communication

While I respect the quality of learning at the University of South Africa, the lack of help when you need it is frustrating.

I am trying to apply NDP for 2020. I previously app**** and consequently registered in 2018. I tried to register in 2019, but my registration was refused due to not applying again at the end of 2018. I was told to wait for the next application period, which has already started according to the website.

If I try to apply online, it tells me that I do not need to apply as its the same qualification as before, so I do not know how to do this application. I cannot find the hard copy application form, which I had to send in last time.

I can deal with these issues, if only Unisa is contactable and I can ask for help. I received an email from Natasha Jacobs on 2019/02/13 at 18:10, who told me I didn't qualify this year, but she doesn't answer me. (mail sent 2019/02/13 and again on 2019/08/20) I have sent email to the applications department, the College of Science, Engineering and Technology, and the student information address. They do not reply to me.

I have tried calling the relevant departments - their phone numbers don't work. I have tried calling the call centre number ***- I get placed on hold indefinitely. I have been on the phone for hours, just in case it's busy, but after several hours, I am still in the loop.

I have also sent an SMS, and a message on Facebook. The SMS doesn't get a reply, and on Facebook they tell me to call ***, which is not working.
