Cannot access mylife email!

Hi there. I have been trying in vain to help my daughter access her mylife email from within myUnisa. It severely affects one of her subjects and WILL subsequently lead to her failing that subject. I have sent an email, tried to call (the line is suspiciously ALWAYS busy) and even sent an SMS. NO RESPONSE. Please sort this out ASAp.
