Call to Register and keep getting put on hold

I have been trying to get hold of UNISA Durban since Friday Midday, I now have been dialling their number for the past 39 minutes only ever to be put on hold. either 1) the phone is answered and put directly on hold or 2) it goes to the message \this station is not answering: and the call is cut off. surely they have more than one receptionist?? if not how can one register if no one answers their damn phone!!<br> <br> they wont be getting a registration from me now.
