Call centre

Theee utmost useless call centre I've ever come across. I've been waiting on my refunds for weeks, when I call their call centre they keep referring me back to general enquiries instead of finance. Finally I get to finance and they tell me refunds take up to 15 business day from receipt, but no that's not correct, apparently it's 15 business days frooom the day they happen to open your email not when you send it.... APPALLING !!!!!
