Bursary not received

I was informed last year that I was awarded a merit bursary, full studies and textbooks.But to this date, after many, many, phonecalls and mails; I have received no answers on my questions. No one answers phone calls, and mails are never answered. This is extremely suspicious, for obvious reasons... No contact details for the private Hillensberg Trust administrators, so am unable to report this problem to them.....
