Breach of POPI - Providing student details

Why is Unisa providing student information and contact details to third parties? This is a breach of the POPI Act, isn't it?<br> Students are constantly being harassed by fly by night, useless tutors wanting to provide classes to students. They can only be receving our contact information directly from Unisa/Unisa staff - where else?<br> Next step is to launch a formal complaint against Unisa....<br>
