Book allowance not paid to students

I haven't got my book allowance and there is no communication from the university side I've sent emails to the relevant departments and called but I stay on the line over an hour until the call get dropped. I am using Tymebank bank account and none of the students who use it got their book allowance they should have told us to change bank accounts. Now I can't do some assignments because I need a new laptop and I'm still waiting for my allowance. It hard to do assignments on a mobile beam and those that require Webcam I can't do them with my cellphone so to anyone wanting to study at Unisa while funded by NSFAS just know that it will be a stressful , depressing process and you might end up failing because of this.
