Blood and sweat but nothing to show for it, no certificate received and ZERO RESPONSE TO NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS regarding the certificate

Completed the course in October 2021, to date I have not received communication regarding when I can collect the certificate/ when it will be couriered and it's now June 2022. I have sent numerous communications, but no response.
