blocked results for empty usb cost R400

Hi <br> Again i complain with a very bad service with bad attitude of UNISA staff everytime you quiry about your fees and cost of their modules with the habit of knowing that they will just block your results until you pay without answering your questions except to tell that call UNISA NSFAS offices where you never get helped because they know exactly that nobody will pick up that call <br> <br> ***<br> ***<br> 011 471 2828<br> <br> there is no answer at all when you call this numbers and now my question is why would i apply on the NSFAS online at the end only to deal with UNISA when it comes to my fee payment.<br> <br> Again where in South Africa would you buy a USB or digiband as UNISA call it for R400 i real need to know cause now they freeze results for that. <br> <br> this is my second complain and UNISA has never responded
