Blocked

<p>I was owing unisa tuition fees and couldn't pay because of financial crisis so my file was transferred to their debt collector ITC-BA. They called me demanding the money and we made a payment arrangement. The outstanding balance was settled in March 2016. I have been paying them through eft. I remember calling them and asking to be unblocked at unisa so that I would be able to view my academic records. They said they will send the request to this day I am still blocked at myunis portal. Last Friday I went to unisa and in the inquiries they said I must contact ITCBA,I called them countless times the response was they have sent the request it will take about 2 hours to be unblocked but even now.</p> <p>I've sent the email to Nicole from ITCBA as she was the one I was dealing with and forwarding proof of payments to but there's no reply.</p>
