BIG UP TO Mosebudi

I will would like to commend Mosebudi for the excellent service that she rendered when i contacted the contact centre on the 11/09/2023. i had called before and spoke to 3 different consultant that failed to assist me, one even went as far as hanging up on me. it has been a struggle for more than 2 months to get the university to change my qualification status to completed in order to get my certificate. Mosebudi assisted within 2 days.

how i wish all contact centre consultant can be as eager to assist as her.
