Beyond disappointment

Last I registered with unisa hoping I will get money for registration but didn't, and I just decided to forget about studying. According to their system If you didn't pay the initial minimum payment your registration automatically gets canceled but mine didn't instead I got an sms stating my registration is finilized. But when I checked my financial details the amount owing was still there. I was registered by the lincesee meaning I was blocked from canceling or editing my registration. Sent countless emails to every department for this to get fix, but was sent from one department to another. Until today am financially blocked and can't continue with my post graduate diploma. No one is willing to assist or rectify the mistake they made.
