Best service ever!!

I am currently doing my last semester with Unisa. Since the registration opened for semester 2 I tried finalising my registration for additional 2 modules. I sent numerous emails to *** and received nothing. Registration closed..still nothing. After registration I still mailed, the only feedback I received stated that my application form has been sent for approval. I started stressing because assignments was almost due. I contacted the Deanery who advised me to contact my local regional office. I took a chance and mailed Cape Town regional office, explaining my predicament. I sent an email at 08:19 on 27 Aug 2015, at 14:28 on 27 Aug 2015 I received a call from Mr William Boonzaaier confirming that my application has been approved. One of my assignments was already due 20 Aug, but he said that if I bring my assignment through to the office he will attach a letter stating my late registration (which was unisa's fault), which will ensure that the lecturer will still mark my assignment. Wow I am really impressed. Thank you Mr Boonzaaier for going the extra mile!!! Without you this would not have been possible.
