Bad/No communication :unisa

I would like to share my bad experience with this institute as they communication is very poor. As a study who is a registered bursary hold I find myself stuck as they cannot assist with my query. My bursa has paid and provided proof of payment but unisa is not responding to this query vai email ot telephone as the do not lick up they lines. I've tried to make Communication during the month of May and now in July but no luck in terms of any response. It is very frustrating having to study under this bad treatment and lack of student care.
