Bad services in communication

A very bad service in regard to communication whether email or telephone. Please change your attitude or just disconnect all the contacts because they are been paid for nothing. A big institution like this does not have staff to mend the emails and telephone? It better you give students to assist atleast they will be gaining experience. Minister of higher learning need to do something about this unprofessional behaviours.
