Bad services

My wife and I registered to study at unisa and made our payment last week. Yes the payment was late but I had communicated this with unisa. The guy who was helping me just went quiet and stopped replying to my emails after referring me to someone. I then took the day off from work and went to unisa in Florida, only to be told that the last registrations where processed yesterday. My question is why where our registrations not confirmed if everything was finalized yesterday. When I check online it now shows no modules where registered...our payments where already reflecting before the whole registration was cancelled. What makes it worse is that I have been in constant communication with unisa for over 3 months and some of my modules which I did at another institution have also not been accredited
