bad service from unisa

Can you believe that my partners son got a sms from Unisa to collect his certificate in Durban when he lives in pmburg and has no transport ,,,i tried several phone numbers and they don't exist the call center i hung on for 30 mins no answer ..sent 5 emails now .this is absolutely ludicrous
