Bad service from Unisa

I have submitted my application to Unisa on the 7 September 2015 and received an email that I would receive feedback in two weeks time. We are now at the end of October with no feedback. Yesterday I called the Deane's office but a lady by the name of Chantelle took my contact details and said she would get back to me. I haven't received feedback. Today I called again, the lady who answered said there was nobody there and she cant help me. This is ridiculous, is there someone there that actually works. There are students that take their education serious, I've been a student for 3 years and this is the response I get?
