bad service ever..

i have app**** for admission, paid the amount that i was supposed to pay . later i received the student fee statement of account, stating that i must pay R255 before i was even informed whether i got admitted or not.

then again , i received rejection letter , saying that i do not meet the requirements but i do.

i sent this people email several times, including Ombudsman but they do not even bother to get back to me. Mhlava Shibambu, i am still waiting for your response. if you do not assist us then who must we go to for assistance. its very straining to be treated like this, you really do not care about people, you are not considerate.
