Bad service

The call center is said to be opened from 07h45 to 16h00 yet I called from 07h50 only to find the call center closed and my calls only started to go through at 08h00. When someone finally answered they were in another conversation and I was left to hold. I called again and since then I've been sent from pillar to post.. Still haven't been helped because the supervisors and managers are not answering their office lines😡😡😡
