Bad service and attitude

Im very angry with unisa. I stay few hours from the city. So I called the call centre *** for assistance because I need my academic transcript. 1. it takes 45 min to get to them 2. the people assisting you can just hear that they dont give a damn 3. When you get through to them they tell you "you have to fill in a form its a procedure and call us back again as if calling again and wait 45min is just nothing. Today, after calling 4 times. The lady by the name of Dikeledi assisted me, I requested for her to hold on the line until i receive my transcript from her but she had no patience and told me "if you do not receive it you will call again". up until now that email she claimed she sent did not reach me. Unisa clearly do not care about us as customers. The service is very bad you must do something
