BAD SERVICE

Unisa has a bad service they don't care about students. I sent an email about a month ago and they only rep**** today. When I call I'll be on hold for more than 2 hours with no answering the call. I've missed my assignments deadlines. I'm working and I can't go to the University everytime I have to fix something that why I chose to study with them because I know it's distance I don't have to go there everytime unless I'm writing exams.
