Bad Service

My employer paid UNISA in November 2014 for me to study a course in security practice,when the money was transferred the reference was as per UNISA requirement my student number <br> ***2,the employer sent them proof of payment and i also did on two occasions but UNISA says they cant trace the funds,3 months later still no resolution to my dilemma,i have even sent my case to UNISA ombudsman but no one has ever come back to me..As if that was not enough i am registered for another course at UNISA using student number ***6,i registered on the 12th of January and paid but till today have not received any study material,i have my first class on Saturday,have tried countless times to get in touch with relevant department but this has proved fruitless.
