Bad Service

Hi I have been a student with UNISA for two years now, and the service that they giving is pathetic! I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the finance department for the past week as I have a query to that regard, but their phones just rings endlessly, at times I could literally hear someone answers and than they would blatantly drop the line again. I was given Richards number and advised that he works in the finance department I phoned the numerous times but still no luck. This is not how you service people honestly, we are paying so much money and we get treated as if thou we are getting a free education. _This is beyond bad service.
