BAD School

My wife studied Level 4 ECD (a year programme) at UNISA in 2014/2015, and she was "A" student in all her assignments but after the exams; she was told that they couldn't find 2 of her papers and she has to re-write at her own cost which doesn't sit well with us.

Dr Krogg is the one in-charge of this programme and so far she has done so poorly by not responding to phone calls (she's not always available anyway) and emails. My wife wants to get credits for the ones they could find and transfer the credits to another school to finish up and get her certificate but much to our surprise again; UNISA said she has to start afresh.

She wants her credits or UNISA refund her.
