Bad que management

The security staff at the entrance keeps on saying that those that didn't register will stand there until 3 pm, not everyone knew that we had to book before coming. We arrive here very early before going to work only to be made stand and be punished before getting attended to. It's unacceptable. Everything needs to be fair for everyone. First come first serve should be used.
