Bad institution

Very bad institution!! My assignment 2 marks were never captured by the lecturers and i now i fail my exam due to that. They never reply to emails or phone calls!!! My yearmark shows as 12%, that is after i received 50% for assigment 1 and 65% for assignment 2. I am very unhappy, because i don't have the finances to redo this module :)
