bad customer service

Was studying Public Relations and the course was phasing out last year hence i took all the modules but unfortunately i failed by 47 percent. The varsity is refusing to give me an FI concession to do a portfolio since i missed with 3 marks to pass the module and graduate. Please help by getting this chance so i can get my qualification.
