Bad customer service.

Thobi Mtshali at UNISA Florida Campus Help Desk is rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers. She has no customer service, no respect, and should not work with people.

Management should have someone monitor frontline staff as they work directly with clients. It truly reflects bad on the institution as a whole.

I feel utterly disrespected and I feel something should be done about her behaviour.
