I called the called centre and spoke to Lebogang Seperepere who was rude and kept speaking a language I don't understand

I would like to lodge a formal complain I have a recording and advised her the call is recorded and she kept been rude. She did not listen to my query and kept shouting at me if when I asked her to stop she kept raising her voice. THE AGENT IS LEBOGANG SEPERPERE
