Bad bad bsd service Unisa

I am a student at Unisa but I am so sad and angry with the service I already have received.. I sent several emails to Finance, ECON, Rakabe, Virginia. I have not received any assistance. Unisa system faild now i have to pay for their system. They advised thst that we will rewrite the exam in October/November as the system was giving a bug issue. N and. Now i have to pay R 2190 for two modules that i paid for on first semesterand there is no explanation from all of the above contact except that Virginia said they are waiting ICT report but i have to pay for their problems. When you call no one answer. This is frustrating i need help.. I wash people's laundry around township so I can pay for my fees now Unisa is doing day light *******. I want explanations, want that amount to be removed from statement.
