Bad Administration

How *********** can a University be. I am enrolled for 8 BA LLB Modules of which Administrative Law is one. Prof Allison Anthony and Prof Justin Ramages are just "missing in action". Questions to Assignments are changed impromptu 4 days before a due date, incorrect marking sheets are used (not once but twice), one can NEVER reach anyone via telephone and email correspondence are VERY sporadic. How on earth can one complete a degree with this institution that obviously has no clue what is going on?
