Bad Administration

I am a final year Unisa student. I have 6 more modules to complete. I went Unisa (Parow) on the 8th Jul after registering online. I was told I needed to complete form DSAR06 to be able to register for more than modules. I completed the form and was told by the Unisa employee who assisted me it would be faxed to Pretoria so that I would be able to complete my remaining modules. As i have zero faith in Unisa and their staff, i completed the form again and faxed it myself to Unisa, and also emailed it to them and copied in someone named Fridah Pole. To date, i have had no response regarding my fax and emails regarding status of my request to take 6 modules! Also, my company sponsors my studies (thank you Old Mutual). They have paid Unisa, but my registration is still not finalized. After 2 hours on the phone, finally got hold of someone in Parow. I was told to email my proof of payment to *** and ***, which I have done, but the emails keep bouncing back, with error saying email addresses cannot be found! I would appreciate a call back so that my registration can be finalized! I already have lost so much time of this short semester! So over Unisa!
