Whenever you call UNISA you get a different answer. One consultant even dropped my call and were very rude. In 2021 my daughter was funded by NSFAS but we paid her registration...Till today we never received our refund. When the 2022 year ended an amount due to them by NSFAS was still outstanding. February 2023 i paid an amount and they went and deducted that money from my daughters registration money. She was on Provisionally funded since March 2023 but still UNISA went and deregistered her for studies for the year....Why UNISA?????You are playing with our childrens futures!!!!! You must really get your act together!!!!!!
