Awful Service

The administration sucks! I have been holding for 90 minuets trying to get through to a consultant to assist me with student enquiries. Customer service is pathetic Can someone please investigate this , are the calls being evaluated? Is there someone to answer the calls? Please can someone please look into this urgently.
