Awaiting registration since 11th Jan 2015

I have submitted my registration on the 11th Jan 2016 and up till today I am still waiting for it to be processed. It is the middle of Feb and assignments may already be due and I have not got a single response even after mailing them, still nothing. <br> <br> Absolutely pathetic as I have planned time for my studies and can't even get registered.<br> <br> Please reply!!!1
