Awaiting Funds To Be Paid Back

I recently got a letter from u guys stating that u owe me R300.00 I sent an e mail to that Info e mail address asking if they can take that money towards my registration fees as I have a pending bursary that e mail was sent 3 months ago up till today there is still no feedback when u call the number the line is engaged how do u expect us to obtain banking details if the line keeps being engaged to make payment for registration
