Avoid wasting your money on this institution at all cost

What a joke Unisa has become. Very quick to take your money but God forbid you have any queries regarding module gradings or anything for that matter. My daughter and I have tried for 7 months now to try and get some answers out of this useless institution to no avail. Not a single person taking ownership of valid queries, lecturer to useless with generic answers -if any- to valid queries, support just passing the buck - and round and round you go, if you get any replies from their numerous "so called" help avenues. Obviously you should not even bother to try and make a phone call to them - absolute waist of your time because no one will attempt to answer to assist. If I could give a -5 rating I would. Pathetic money hungry organization which should be avoided at all cost. Rather look for different alternatives - even if they are a bit more expensive.
