Avoid UNISA if you can

I am in my final year of studies at UNISA. I have only 6 modules to complete, which means I am able to complete them in the first semester and complete degree in June. I have emailed UNISA COUNTLESS TIMES to request that I complete my modules in the first semester. I tried to change my semester on the portal when I still had time but I was told to wait as the process isn't immediate. I waited and then when I checked to see if they had updated my semester, they said the cut-off date had passed.

I emailed countlessly to no avail. I called and no one answered. I called every number I could find.

They never answer emails or queries but are quick to send invoices. I, as many others, am so angry that I spent time at this ridiculous institution!!!! I wish I could have transferred to anywhere else. UNISA's greatest asset is that they're the only institution in South Africa that offers so many correspondence degrees for working people. What a disappointment.
