Avoid UNISA at any cost

The level of incompetence at UNISA with the administrative staff. I registered on the 7 and later edited my registration. I never received email for minimum payment. I did online quotation and paid based on the quotation. Till today my registration has not been finalized. I'm sure there are assisgnments due in weeks time. Some of us we hustle to get our tuition fees to be paid and we can't afford to be behind with any of the work or to fail. But to be put in a situation where you will be discouraged to even continue to study here is very much annoying a whole learning institution.

Yes, most lecturers are hands on but the administrative staff are very *********** and it's annoying. We can't be complaining about the same thing year on and year out.

This institution collects do much money from students to have staff members so useless and not provide minimum service.

Honestly, you deserve no star!!!!!!!!
