Attitude from hell

I contacted unisa to have my financial statement emailed to me as and lady by the name of Thenjiwe refused to email me my statement and never gave me a reason until i asked a 100 times why she wouldnt help me it was only then that she told me she was relieving someone. I then told her that I did not like the way she spoke to and then she gave me attitude and the way our conversation was not professional.
