Attend my application, and they respond to students griviances

case number is 24038NX30931 hasn't been attended to and I really want to register but my application hasn't been responded to due to results not available how I don't even know, when I try to call the University all they do is to put me on hold for +/- 30 mins then hang up, registration will even close at this point.
