Assistance/Advice to take legal action against UNISA

Has anyone been successful in taking legal action against Unisa for possibly not complying with the Consumer Protection Act among other violations including possible infringement of the POPI ACT by giving out student details to third parties?

My hope is to take action to partially or fully recoup all payments made to UNISA for failure to comply with this basic legislation. As well as recoupment of financial losses due to work opportunities forfeit to be available for exams and assignment deadlines that were not kept by UNISA due to a plethora of excuses.

This University should be held accountable to the full extent of the law and reimburse each and every student to whom they have caused hardship in my opinion.
